UI/UX
Design

User experience design that makes digital products intuitive, effective, and genuinely enjoyable to use. We design the complete experience before development begins — saving time, reducing rework, and ensuring what gets built is exactly what your users need.

Our UI/UX Services

Every stage of the design
process — done properly.

We do not skip stages. Discovery informs architecture. Architecture informs wireframes. Wireframes inform high-fidelity design. Each phase builds on the last — producing a design grounded in real user behaviour and real business requirements.

User Research

We study your real users before designing a single screen — interviews, surveys, analytics analysis, and heuristic reviews of your existing product. Evidence-based design, not assumption. The research phase is what separates design that performs from design that looks good in a presentation and fails in the real world.

User Journey Mapping

We map every path a user takes through your product — every decision point, every friction moment, and every drop-off. Journey maps make invisible problems visible before they are built into your product permanently. The most valuable deliverable most design projects skip.

Journey mapsFlow diagramsPain point analysis
Wireframing

Low-fidelity wireframes defining the structure, hierarchy, and layout of every screen — before visual design is introduced. Wireframes are the cheapest stage at which to make structural changes. We get them right before advancing, which means the design stage that follows is built on a validated foundation rather than a set of untested assumptions.

High-Fidelity UI Design

Pixel-perfect interface designs for every screen, every state, every breakpoint, and every interaction. Every visual element — typography, colour, spacing, iconography — applied with precision and consistency. A complete design system delivered alongside the designs so every component is reusable and every decision is documented.

Interactive Prototypes

Clickable Figma prototypes that simulate the real product — navigation flows, micro-interactions, transition animations, and conditional logic. Prototypes allow you to experience and validate the product before development begins, communicate interaction intent to developers with precision, and present the product to stakeholders or investors as a credible representation of the finished experience.

Design System Creation

A structured library of reusable components, styles, and patterns — buttons, form fields, navigation elements, cards, typography scales, colour tokens, spacing systems — that governs how every element of your product looks and behaves. Design systems make products faster to design, more consistent to build, and significantly more maintainable at scale.

The Business Case

The cost of skipping
UX design.

UX design is not a creative luxury. It is a risk management discipline. Every structural decision made without proper UX research is a decision that may need to be reversed — at significantly higher cost — after development has already built on top of it.

10×
Cost to Fix in Development
A problem identified and resolved during design costs ten times less to fix than the same problem identified and resolved during development
100×
Cost to Fix After Launch
A problem identified and resolved during design costs one hundred times less than identifying and resolving it after the product has already launched
85%
Fewer Revisions
Projects with complete UX design before development require an average of 85% fewer revision rounds during the build phase — saving significant development time and budget
How We Design

Research first.
Design second.
Validate throughout.

Great UX is not about making things look good. It is about making them work — clearly, intuitively, and in alignment with how real users actually think and behave. Every decision we make is grounded in evidence.

01
Discovery & Research
We study your users, your existing product, and your competitors before designing anything. User interviews, heuristic reviews, analytics analysis, and competitor benchmarking — all feeding into a clear, evidence-based understanding of what needs to be built and why, before any design work begins.
02
Information Architecture
We define the structure and navigation of your product before any visual design is introduced. Every screen's purpose is established, every user flow is mapped, and the logic connecting them is validated — ensuring that what gets designed is built on the right structural foundation.
03
Wireframing & Testing
Low-fidelity wireframes for every screen — reviewed, tested where possible, and approved before high-fidelity design begins. Issues in structure and flow are identified and resolved at this stage, where changes are cheap and fast. Advancing to high-fidelity design with unresolved structural problems is one of the most common causes of expensive design rework.
04
High-Fidelity UI Design
Pixel-perfect designs built in Figma — every screen, every state, every breakpoint. A complete design system built alongside the designs ensures every component is consistent, reusable, and documented. You review and approve the complete design before it is handed to development.
05
Handover & Development Support
Developer handover with annotated specifications, a fully organised Figma file, and a walkthrough session covering every design decision. We remain available during development to answer design questions, review implementation against the design, and make adjustments where development constraints require them.

Questions

What clients ask us
about UI/UX design.

What is the difference between UI and UX?+
UX — User Experience — is about how a product works. The logic, structure, and flow that makes it easy and intuitive to use. UI — User Interface — is about how it looks. The visual design, typography, colour, and component design. Good products need both. We design both together, because treating them as separate disciplines consistently produces worse outcomes than designing them in parallel as a single integrated process.
Do I need UX design before development starts?+
Yes — and the research is unambiguous on why. A structural problem identified during design costs a fraction of what it costs to fix during development, and a fraction of a fraction of what it costs to fix after launch. Skipping UX design to save time at the start of a project is one of the most reliably expensive decisions a product team can make. We get the design right before development begins — which saves significantly more than it costs.
What design tools do you use?+
We design exclusively in Figma — the industry standard for collaborative UI/UX work. Every project is delivered as a fully organised Figma file with a complete component library, design tokens, spacing systems, and developer-ready annotations. Any developer or development team can take the Figma file and implement directly from it without requiring additional design interpretation.
How long does a UX design project take?+
A full UX project for a website — covering discovery, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity design — typically takes three to five weeks. A mobile application with multiple user flows and complex interaction design takes four to eight weeks depending on scope and complexity. Every project begins with a detailed timeline in the proposal that we commit to delivering against.
Can you work within an existing design system?+
Yes. We work within existing design systems, brand guidelines, and component libraries regularly. If you have an established Figma design system, we design within it — extending it where your project requires new components and documenting every addition to maintain system consistency. If your existing design system has gaps or inconsistencies that affect your product quality, we identify them and recommend how to address them as part of the engagement.
Do you conduct user testing?+
Yes. We conduct moderated usability testing at the prototype stage — before development begins — where findings have the highest impact on the final product. Testing sessions are recorded, findings are documented with severity ratings, and the design is updated based on what real users demonstrate rather than what we assume. For established products, we also conduct post-launch usability testing to identify improvement opportunities that can be addressed in future development cycles.
