How long does a video project take?+
A short-form social video — fifteen to sixty seconds — with motion graphics takes five to eight business days from an approved brief. A brand explainer or product video — sixty to one hundred and twenty seconds — takes two to three weeks. Longer format productions are scoped individually. Every project includes a timeline in the proposal that we commit to delivering against.
What do you need from me to get started?+
For motion graphics and animation, we need your brand assets — logo in vector format, colour codes, and fonts — plus any existing photography or footage, and a clear brief on the goal and target audience. For filmed content, we coordinate the production logistics with you directly. Our brief process is designed to extract exactly the information needed before any creative work begins.
What formats and resolutions do you deliver?+
We deliver every format your distribution plan requires. Standard delivery includes 1080p and 4K where applicable, 16:9 for web and YouTube, 9:16 for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and 1:1 for feed posts. Broadcast-quality master files are provided alongside web-optimised versions for every platform. All files are delivered via a shared folder you retain access to indefinitely.
Can you add subtitles and captions?+
Yes. We provide open-burn captions baked directly into platform-specific versions, separate SRT files for platform upload, and styled caption animations where the design requires it. Subtitles in English, Dari, and Pashto are all available. Captioned video consistently outperforms uncaptioned video on every social platform where autoplay without sound is the default — we recommend including them on all content produced for social distribution.
How many revisions are included?+
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. The scripting and storyboard approval process means that by the time a first cut is delivered, the structure, content, and creative direction are already agreed — most projects are finalised within one revision round. Additional rounds can be added to the project scope where needed.
Do you produce ongoing social video content?+
Yes. We offer monthly social video retainers — a fixed number of short-form videos produced each month at an agreed scope and rate. Retainer clients receive priority production turnaround, dedicated asset storage, and strategic content planning as part of the arrangement. Monthly retainers are the most cost-effective and consistent way to maintain a professional video presence across social platforms without managing individual project scopes each month.
